Now Playing: inFamous

After Canada’s first Black Friday event, I sifted through the lot of so called “deals” and found inFamous for only $15. An hour in, I wasn’t enthused about the comic book method used for telling the story, since it created a detachment from the game world.

Now Playing: Shadow Complex

During the week of E3, Shadow Complex along with other XBLA titles was half off their original price, which was more than enough of a reason to spend some Microsoft points. Shadow Complex was unanimously described as an excellent game for its value, so I was interested in playing through it to see if I would agree with that statement.

Now Playing: Monster Hunter Tri

I never intended to pick up Monster Hunter Tri, but with the name being brought up throughout the week at odd places and my huge curiosity for why Japan loves this game, I figured I should take the chance and see what the big deal was.

Now Playing: Eternal Sonata

I managed to find a copy of Eternal Sonata for 10 bucks on Amazon -- so I concluded that it even if I hated it's turned based style -- It wouldn't of matter if I tossed it to the side.
